JPMorgan has very strong cultural values that percolate from top management down to mid-level management. From my experience, these values are applied across different areas such as New York (NY) and Tel Aviv (TLV).
Additionally, the work procedures and technology standards, including test coverage, security, agility, and maintaining good code, are held to a very high standard. As a result, it is an excellent place to improve coding skills.
The tech infrastructure is internal and not on the cloud, which makes it less compatible with market demands.
