You become an expert in bureaucracy and spend more time filling out forms and dealing with compliance than getting work done.

Cons

No perks, poor benefits, cramped working conditions (imagine working at a cafeteria table all day; they audaciously call these high-performance stations), and aggressive cost reductions at the cost of employee happiness.
