There are no pros that come to mind.
- Developer salary is far behind the industry average.
- No work-life balance; all work, no life.
- Too many useless meetings with the offshore team, at 6:00 am or after 9:00 pm.
- Pushing employees back to the office, even when new COVID cases are found daily. In order to protect my family, I quit the job.
