Good pay and good benefits. Excellent vacation. As long as you get a good manager, life will be perfect. Intra-company transfers are welcome.
Frequent changes in company structure and within the team.
Majority of the decisions and career growth depend on the immediate manager.
Career growth is limited if one plans to stay in the same team. It would take 6-7 years to reach the next level.
