A great financial institution to work for
Excellent work-life balance, as the work was not stressful and we could finish the day's work in 8 hours. The management was also flexible regarding working hours.
While the atmosphere was laid back, we could work on newer technologies at our own initiatives and also take up and accomplish side projects as we wished.
The salary and bonus structure was also satisfactory, as were vacation and health benefits.
Sometimes I felt that I am not working on cutting-edge technologies and not in sync with the latest working methodologies and working style. The policies, processes, and tools were still old-fashioned, with seniority being one of the major criteria for promotion.
Other than that, I really can't think of any negative points.
Assess what new working methodologies, tools, and techniques can be employed so that not only the company but employees also get benefited.
