Company culture is generally lenient about taking time off, lunch breaks, etc. Pay is about market rate.
During slow times, you might have nothing to do, and during fast times, you can have too much work. You might have to go on call during weekends or in the middle of the night. The tech is really slow and clunky, and developers seem to break a lot of stuff when they make new features.
Get rid of the "looking busy" culture.
