Overwhelmed and overworked for the pay. The company started to get really woke and pushing a left-wing agenda. People openly talked badly about President Trump while he was in office.
Management knows right from wrong; they chose to ignore it. The mindset was: “If you can’t do it, I’ll find someone who can.”
