Positive and nice people to work with in a top-performing company that can be supportive of its employees. There is an internal focus on improving processes and procedures that need it, as well as developing contingency plans.
A little behind the curve on responding to certain market forces, regulations, and public/customer desires. Could be more proactive and effective at being socially conscious and community minded.
It would be a good idea to have more of a focus on employee development and succession planning.

The first round was online, which had 4 sections, with 20 questions from each section. All questions were basic. It had 2 technical rounds for me. They asked questions from my resume only and some simple puzzles. The final round was HR.
