Cons

The work environment is strained due to several critical issues, particularly with leadership. Micromanagement is common, leaving little room for employee autonomy and growth. Communication is poor, with employees feeling unheard and undervalued.

One of the most pressing concerns is the inflexibility with time off. Leadership has made it clear that taking more than two weeks of leave is discouraged, even in situations where remote work could be an option. This rigid stance creates unnecessary stress, and the attitude toward work-from-home policies only adds to the drama.

In addition to this, leadership is often rude to employees, applying excessive pressure and creating a hostile environment where people feel replaceable. Instead of providing support and guidance, there’s an atmosphere of favoritism, where flattery outweighs hard work.

With no real appraisal or recognition of contributions, and poor leadership setting a negative tone, a very toxic culture emerges. In this culture, nobody is listening, people are put at risk, and they are encouraged to make their work their life, working on weekends, holidays, and even after office hours.
