Good place to work, but still suffers from big company issues
Diversity and inclusion is important, with constant activities. Mobility is encouraged. It is a great place to start a career. I have been there for 20 years. Jamie Dimon has great insight. He is willing to admit he is wrong. Wonderful to have him as a leader.
Chase suffers from big company problems. Managers dictate how things are to be rather than empowering people to be creative.
It is slow to adopt new technologies.
The view on remote vs. on-site work is too traditional.
Politics are a real thing that has me being very careful what views I express.
Empower your employees to think creatively and accept, or at least let them try, their ideas.
Judge whether a person needs to work on-site by the person's work, rather than just having a blanket rule for everyone.
