Salary, pesified bonus, bad and boring projects, obsolete technologies, pure infernal bureaucracy even to go to the bathroom, favoritism, extreme security that makes it impossible to download work tools other than theirs, practically zero possibility of relocation abroad, they incite you to participate in extra-work events that take away time from doing your work and personal life that nobody really cares about, a lot of frivolity, two days a week are in person, PowerUp events with proprietary technologies that are useless outside of there, etc. I could go on, but I'm tired.
