Work-life balance could be better. Most of the teams work on projects that need to be done within a year, which can lead to working extra hours.
Your experience in the company varies a lot depending on the project you are assigned. This is not because of the team; in every company, you can experience good or bad teams. However, many projects are migrations or tasks that are not really interesting. Other projects allow you to feel like you can make a difference.
