A good company to work for.
Good company. No cons so far.
Was contacted by two different internal recruiters through LinkedIn, twice, six months apart. The standard template was "your profile matches, etc., etc." I was sent a link to their ATS. I filled it out and waited two to three weeks for the recruite
The process is good. In all the interviews, there is a technical person and the hiring manager. They explain the role and the benefits. In their office, I have been able to see the daily employee interactions on the floor.
Cleared the tech round but not sure why they never contacted back. Could improve the hiring process. Interview questions were quite simple and basic. Started off with Java questions and a few on Design Patterns & Spring Boot.
