Pros

They pay well, have a good tuition program, and onsite medical.

Cons

The quality of life is 100% dependent on your team. They work some to death, some are bored, and most are in the middle. There seems to be a vacuum of quality managers as well as mid-level developers worth anything.

No desk trash cans, no assigned seating, leading to constant shifting around desks with crumbs, dirt, monitors shifted around, a broken peripherals lottery, and loud environments.

Parking is a nightmare.

Health insurance keeps getting worse.

They were nice enough to stop the pension program after I was already paying into it.

Advice to Management

They pay well. The quality of life is 100% dependent on your team. Some work to death, some are bored, most are in the middle. There seems to be a vacuum of quality managers as well as mid-level developers worth anything. So be cautious when interviewing and probe.
