- Mandatory raises, as per the SEP program, for the first 2 years, which will break you into the six-figure category.
- Very corporate environment, boring.
- Raises after the first two years are slow and based only on performance.
- Climbing the ladder is slow.
- Management can be disorganized and rude depending on the team.
Take feedback better from employees and value newer employees' feedback just as much as more senior employees.
