Pros
  • Good starting salary, especially out of college.
  • Decent work-life balance.
  • Job security is always there.
  • Mandatory raises, as per the SEP program, for the first 2 years, which will break you into the six-figure category.
Cons
  • Very corporate environment, boring.
  • Raises after the first two years are slow and based only on performance.
  • Climbing the ladder is slow.
  • Management can be disorganized and rude depending on the team.
Advice to Management

Take feedback better from employees and value newer employees' feedback just as much as more senior employees.
