Good salary. Good bonus. Vacation days.
Mandatory 3 times a week at the office.
Corporate style decision making (VERY SLOW and too bureaucratic).
Lack of guidance for young employees.
Listen to employee feedback
On the initial phone call, I outlined my salary range and was told this was within range. I then did a 30-minute screening, a 60-minute tech interview, a 1-hour code assignment, a discussion on the code, and a final tech interview. All were positive
It was an in-person interview. We went over my resume and the interviewer asked some questions based on my experience with the projects I worked on. It was a very professional interviewer who made me feel very comfortable.
There were 3 rounds. The first was aptitude, which consisted of 4 sections (quants, logical, verbal, technical) with 80 questions, 20 questions in each section. The next round was the technical round; basic questions on Java, DBMS, and data structure
