Bad hours during certain times of the year, especially before Christmas.
Work revolves around front office employees such as investment bankers, instead of technology.

They approached me, and the process started right after that. There were 8 interviews in total: one phone screen and then two 3-4 hour interviews. They rushed the process at my request.

The process was good and difficult to crack. Coding continuously for two days is difficult, but it was fun. It checked your aptitude as well as attitude and is truly a different experience altogether.
