Their selection process is the worst, and they hire dumb people. They hire more females than males, so if you're a female, you might get selected. They don't judge on skills; instead, they judge on gender.
I attended a weekend drive. There were around 5 rounds of technical interviews. I cleared all of them and was asked to complete a HireVue test. I was thinking I was selected and now would be given an offer. But, to my surprise, they called me again
There were 3 rounds. The first was aptitude, which consisted of 4 sections (quants, logical, verbal, technical) with 80 questions, 20 questions in each section. The next round was the technical round; basic questions on Java, DBMS, and data structure
