Went from 4 to 1 star
Decent compensation. Good people to work with.
- Work-life balance went from a pro to a con since the 5-day in-office mandate.
- The company has zero consideration for their employees, blocking comments regarding RTO mandates. Pay and work-life balance immediately decreased due to commute miles, childcare, and lunches.
- They also track your in-office time and days at a very granular level, making you feel like a kindergartner.
Jamie Dimon either needs to retire or get with the new ages. He is sadly regressing this company, making work feel like prison. I wanted to keep my 4-star review, but sadly, it is now 1 star.

First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk

I did the Pymetrics, which was pretty engaging and interesting. There are 12 sets of games, and you can view your results after you complete the games. I am currently waiting to do my CodeVue next. Hoping to pass soon.
