No cons as of now for me.
I recently went through an extensive interview process with JPMorgan Chase that lasted over a month. I successfully completed four rounds of interviews, including technical and managerial rounds, and received positive feedback throughout the process.
I was told to reach the venue around 12:30 and was asked to wait for my turn. It was a diversity and inclusion drive, so I saw only female candidates. The office premise is really nice, and the overall experience was very positive. They had arranged
Two rounds of F2F. At first, they said the interview was cleared. Later, they are saying too many are shortlisted, so they are under discussion for a decision. There is no proper planning while conducting interviews.
