Gross incompetence at the managerial level and above. C-suite executives are out of touch and uncaring. There's a complete lack of coherent process and zero onboarding.
Working at this place is a joke, just not a funny one.
Learn how to manage software projects. You are far too confident in yourselves. Your shop is a mess.
