Plenty of opportunities to network, and with learning education.
Not that great with knowledge on ADHD, kinda thrown in with autism. The floors are pretty noisy, which makes it hard to focus.
Have extra rooms just for neurodivergent people to go focus. Also, be patient and follow a pilot's checklist.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
In this first round was a coding test. There were two questions of easy to medium level, and then a recorded video interview was held. There were two behavioral questions, given 30 seconds to prepare each answer.
Conducted 5 interviews (4 technicals and 1 HR). Overall not too difficult, simple algorithmic questions about linked lists, binary trees, etc. The sad thing is they didn’t even bother to return me a rejection call or email.
