Chase offers lots of support groups, webinars, and email materials to keep employees engaged.
Many organizations offer Fireside chats, corporate engagements, and fun activities to connect employees.
With the news from the WHO informing that pandemic numbers are declining, Chase is enforcing rapid return-to-office mandates and business as usual. As a new person to the company during pandemic times, it is hard to build a connection and get acclimated to the new environment, much less the new culture.
Contacted by a recruiter and then sent a coding screen with 1 medium/1 easy question. One week after this was cleared, an online interview Superday happened (3 interviews, 45 minutes each with a different VP each time). Generally standard questions:
Terrible, demeaning process. You're given a link to complete an aptitude test first, then after that a link to a coding challenge. You record responses to your code and answer how you arrived at your answer. Keep in mind, you're not speaking directly
The first part of the interview was two difficult coding questions, which I didn't complete. The second part is the video call. I haven't gotten to that part yet, but I will update.
