My interview consisted of about a 30-second phone call with a recruiter. We cut the call short because the job required two days in the office, whereas I work best in a full-time remote environment.

There were 2 individual and 1 team interview. The individual ones were a basic "tell me about yourself" interview, and the second one was "mind games." The team one... everyone in the team was assertive, so I don't know how the interviewer rated each
