Management doesn't do enough for their employees and are too busy playing politics.
Lack of job stability (people are always being let go). They don't care about your current financial situation and would quickly get rid of you. If you are working for another company and you've already established yourself there, then do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
No sign-on bonuses for the people hired during the underrepresented minority hiring event (I'm sure their other previous employees received bonuses, but they didn't offer any to me).
Learn to respect the individual.
