Very expensive health insurance for parents. I have worked for multiple companies but have never seen health insurance for parents this expensive. A 4 lakh cover for parents costs around a 62k premium per year.

Please add parental insurance as a default or work with better insurance companies to get it at lower prices.
Higher management needs to take care of deserving employees.
