- Your entire team will be in India.
- Your manager(s) will be extremely rude, order givers that don't care one bit about your happiness or personal growth.
- Endless sea of random deadlines with no rhyme or reason to why.
- Horrible codebase, with no desire or time to improve things.
- Salary is garbage.
- Benefits are slightly above garbage.
- Ridiculous time tracking for in-office. Badge in and out, get chewed out if you don't meet 60% of hours a week in the office.
Try seeing the human for once.
