My manager is very nice, and my co-workers are helpful when I ask for help.
Since Chase is a bank, there is a lot of red tape, and it sometimes takes a long time to approve software/infrastructure usage.
Also, their software engineering program has a tight time window for applying, and you are expected to apply during your last semester of senior year.
