Easy work-life balance, comfortable.
Not up to date on current technology. Difficult upward mobility.
Coding interview first, through HackerRank, then recruiter and hiring manager rounds. The recruiter round was very subjective and based on the person, while with the hiring manager, I had to go into technical details and talk about system design.
Explained about the company and the team responsibilities. Was not sure about the subsequent rounds, but was so detailed about what the team is doing and what the tech stack is.
It was smooth sailing. Since I had applied directly for the position instead of going through Code for Good, I had a 1.5-hour interview where I was asked both behavioral and technical questions.
