Big firm (if you would like to have experience in a large-scale enterprise).
Poor office environment: dirty toilet, sanitizer refill out of order, monitors not working, noisy, lack of meeting rooms, poor temperature management.
Facility management ignores any requests to fix things up.
Super slow and unstable network speed.
Mandatory 5 days in office, but no desk is available to everyone.
Improve work environment, please.
Consider reinstating hybrid work from home mode.
