They had an online interview where they would record you doing two different coding problems. After finishing the timed problems (30-45 minutes each), you get five minutes to explain why you coded how you did.

Got a final round interview through the Code for Good program. HR was friendly, the interviewer was okay. I answered all questions fine, but still didn't get the job. So, I'm not too sure what the selection criteria is.
