HR policy: good and decent.

The interview process was very good, though it was long. It included phone interviews, in-person interviews, and an assessment centre. However, all travel and accommodation were refunded, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
An intern sent an email scheduling an interview. Two software engineers asked several questions about my experience, but nothing questioning or challenging. They were looking for someone very good at front-end, but who would also have to be full-stac
I applied for a Java role. There were: * 3 technical rounds * 1 managerial round * One online coding round at the end (which is weird, since online-proctored coding rounds are usually done at the beginning of the interview process).
