All of the people I met during my time at the bank were great, easy to work with, and respectful.
This is not a remote-first company. I've often had meetings that were virtual switched to in-person only events on days that I was working from home. There is a strong preference for people who are willing to come to the office five days a week.
In my product area, there was a lot of chaos and a lack of clarity from management.

Software Engineer
Did the online assessment? I didn't pass the test. Most of the questions were LeetCode medium/hard. Overall, the difficulty was medium. I should review algorithms, data structures, and LeetCode patterns. I have to write some more, so here it is.
