- Everyone works for a single goal in mind, which is to make JPMC better and greater. That explains why it's #1 in the US banking industry.
- Promotion is not transparent enough, and sometimes biased.
- HR would low-ball the offer, so stick up yours ;-) if you know what I mean.
- Diversity and inclusion.
senior, mid-level, and base level employees need to have better transparency and clear communication channel, esp. for some engineers who are not as extravert and know how to express their opinions.
