Pros

Good technical skills, building, tech exposure, and the ability to work on high-traffic apps.

Teaches you how to work effectively in a large and chaotic corporate system.

Allows you good opportunities for FAANGs, fintechs, or other investment firms afterwards.

Free snacks. Occasional pizza parties. But no free lunches, which is something other companies do.

The name JPMC opens lots of doors, because many contractors don't make it past six months. Those who do make it past that, though, are good.

Cons
  • Poor communication from management and leadership.
  • Pay could be better.
  • Short-tempered management.
  • Forced in-office work.
Advice to Management
