Good place for entry-mid level Engineers - pleasant team culture
Good work-life balance. Coworkers are communicative and very helpful. Encourages you to speak up and contribute to the team. Good array of internal resources to learn about other technologies.
Regulations and bureaucracy mean things take a little while longer to get approved. Slower pace on some days.
Good job so far. My advice would be to continue to allow employees to be flexible with remote work and reduce some of the approvals needed to get projects up and going within teams.
