Great culture and a great place for new graduates.
No gyms or free food bar.
Two rounds of interviews. The first was theory questions and one coding question: transpose of a matrix. The second round was system design of your recent project, a Trie coding question, and one scenario-based Java question.
Got in through Code for Good. Code for Good had a fairly easy programming test, followed by HireVue. Code for Good is a 24-hour hackathon where they assess you on different parameters, like skills and ability to work in a team.
I applied to J.P.M. online. The process starts with an online assessment. I was asked to do some easy-medium LeetCode questions within 1-1.5 hours (forgot exact time limit). The process did not move on.
