Pay is competitive for the area, but Tampa is seen as the bottom of the barrel compared to any other location.

Pretty easy interview, just Java language questions. HR is absolutely horrible. They'll ghost you for weeks. Got the offer pulled at the last minute, and HR did nothing to help and didn't update me.
