The program for young software engineers is great. It's easy to make lots of friends your age in the company through the program.
You also get lots of support from the company as a young professional, and great pay and benefits.
Depending on what team you are placed on, you may have to work odd hours every once in a while.

Software Engineer
The first round was a 90-minute coding test where two questions were asked. The second round covered data structures and algorithms, and OOPs. The third round focused on design and OOPs. The HR round had very generic, usual HR questions.
