Usually a good work-life balance, but it depends on the LOB.
WFH half the time; it should be less, in my opinion.
Pay is alright and usually scales with the cost of living. Once you're in, you're in, and it can be a cushy job for many.
The 'fun' is really dependent on what you are doing. It's fintech, so it can get ugly, but it can also be super cool AI/ML.

Even lower management is locked into endless meetings, meaning they can never actually check in at a granular level.
Stop making your underlings afraid of you. Instead, you should understand what's going on at their level instead of flipping out at every meeting when something goes wrong, demonstrating your ignorance and confusion.

It consists of primarily 2-3 rounds. First round will be aptitude test; it's pretty easy. One need to just brush up RS Aggarwal's aptitude book. Second round was a technical interview. It had very basic questions on database/Java and in general, pr
