Pointless job, below average pay, no respect for engineers

Pointless work that had been done by other teams in other cities, which we were expected to do again. Pointless bureaucracy. Engineers treated badly.
Bankers get big parties and salaries; we get little to nothing. No respect.
Treat your engineers better. We do more work than bankers.
