Every full-time employee on my team was wonderful.
Events were interesting and fun (on the flip side, see cons).
Exposed to many new technologies.
Given insight on how financial institutions work.
Many forced events. While these are interesting, many don't relate to your job and can at times feel like you are wasting time.
Some intern projects seemed fairly useless and weren't intended to go anywhere after the summer.
Give interns more meaningful work.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
Explained about the company and the team responsibilities. Was not sure about the subsequent rounds, but was so detailed about what the team is doing and what the tech stack is.
One 1-hour phone call technical interview, then 2 hours onsite interview. On-site was more behavioral, while the phone call was more technical and resume-focused. No coding online and only one whiteboarding question in Python.
