There is no leadership at JPMC, only management. You'd have to follow your manager's ideas, regardless of how "damn" it might be. They are not interested in your experience or ideas.
No flex arrangements; you are expected to be in the office, even if you do all of your business over the phone. Offices in Jersey City and NYC are horrible: noisy, no privacy, and impossible to concentrate on anything.
