Pros

A stable job in technology, if you are half witty, and the opportunity to work with a few brilliant minds, is provided by the size of the organization.

There are programs like "expert engineers," and the firm devotes a considerable amount of money to such initiatives.

Cons

Growth is not driven by meritocracy, but by being in the good books of the right management.

The firm wants to project an image of gender & race inclusion, but that’s lip service by any measure.

Advice to Management

Promote entrepreneurship and reward those who are driven to produce results. Your technology organization is riddled with red tape, and the firm would never get its bang for the buck or be a market leader until some flab is cut.
