Not really any cons to say.
I applied through the company website and got an invitation for a Pymetric test, which I passed. Then I got an email asking me to answer some questions on HireVue and record my answers.
I started with an online programming interview and was then invited to an assessment center. It was a great experience, and I thought I had done quite well, but I got rejected. It's a shame they do not give feedback.
1. Submitting application 2. Online test which has three questions; you can choose the programming language you like. The first question is very simple. 3. Waiting for the next step after the second step
