Too much bureaucracy, management, and processes.

I started with an online programming interview and was then invited to an assessment center. It was a great experience, and I thought I had done quite well, but I got rejected. It's a shame they do not give feedback.
They introduced themselves and described the process: there will be two interviews, each 45 minutes long. The first one will be an informative interview where they ask questions about yourself, and the second interview will be technical.
