Competitive salary for tech employees, and the work culture is good. So far, all the management I’ve worked with have been excellent and genuinely smart.
Good work-life balance.
APAC and NA collaboration lacks due to management hierarchy. There is a lack of opportunity for growth due to only a few people. Management has always been excellent, but they seemed to have a lot on their plate to really provide employee guidance. Processes are very structured and restricted by policies.
