Received a call after two weeks for an on-site interview. It included four interviews, which were all technical.
Asked about systems and DSA. More weightage was given to C++ and bit manipulation.

- The tech side of things feels like a tech company.
- Attending conferences and training is encouraged.
- Friday lunches are catered, and there's an onsite barista at the Chicago office!
Cons: The office lacks common areas, so there's an eat-lunch-at-desk culture that seems hard to change.
There's a lack of good gyms or cafes in the area around 600 W Chicago.
