It's a trading company, so pay is better than average, though the work can be uninspired. Many smart people are around.
I have not been here so long, but it feels bloated and maybe struggling with so much tech debt and too many people. It is surprising how much process is manual and not the right tool for the job.
There is not much management here, and everything is competing with each other. It is a strange and very inefficient culture. I think that needs to change to reduce tech debt.
