First, they will hire freshers from college as intern students. You will be allocated some work and will be monitored by the respective manager. They will absorb you only if you perform to their expectations.

The questions asked in college are kind of moderate. They will check your aptitude knowledge, basic knowledge in networking, and some common questions from C and C++. Prepare well and attend. Time management is important: 60 questions in 75 minutes.

Once the technical round is over, they will select people for interviews. In interviews, they will focus on both management and technical aspects. Prepare for both types of questions. Know about your software project well.
